At Pilates Suite we provide class-based exercise environments but we also focus on personal training. Personal training is for individuals or pairs who require a little extra motivation and would like to improve their fitness on a more personal and/or one-to-one basis. Alongside this we also offer one-to-one pilates. All of our personal trainers and pilates instructors are fully qualified and we pride ourselves on being able to help people achieve their short and long term goals, no matter how big or small they are by tailoring specific individual training programmes. Whether you are new to sport, recovering from an operation or need help with increasing functional fitness for a sport you play, our personal trainers have the skills, knowledge and ability to plan safe and effective exercises whilst being enthusiastic, fun and supportive.
Alongside our personal training we are also focussed on ensuring that you have the best nutritional advice to go hand in hand with your training, which will aid you in reaching your personal goals. We provide advice on what nutrition will benefit you and the type of training you are involved in as well as providing nutritional plans.
