It is recommended that we should partake in physical activity daily. Within a week adults should aim to complete 150mins of moderate intensity activity in bouts of 10mins or more. Time spent being sedentary (sitting) for extended periods of time should be minimised.
Here at Pilates Suite we are qualified in GP referrals. We work within the community & work in partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council. We understand the importance of getting special populations moving and we offer rehabilitation for specific groups of individuals.
